Purchase Info - Health Guarantee

We are the only breeding kennel in America that we're aware of that guarantees the health of our puppies against any genetic defects for the first 3 years with the replacement of the puppy...if diagnosed and documented by a qualified veterinarian. This will require you to provide documentation from your veterinary that can then be evaluated by our vet. Once you have provided us with the necessary documentation and we have confirmed the diagnosis with our vet, we will provide you with a replacement puppy as soon as we have one available.  The owner will be responsible for shipping costs.

We are not financially liable for any veterinary costs incurred.

Puppies that are shipped (8 weeks old minimum) will arrive with a valid 10-day Health Certificate, based on a complete and thorough medical examination

However, if you are picking your puppy up directly from our kennel (6 weeks old minimum), then we recommend that you take your puppy to your own veterinarian for a complete health examination within 72 hours.

Any non-genetic health issues must be diagnosed within 72 hours of receipt of the puppy, and will be dealt with on an individual basis. As stated, please take your new puppy to your own veterinary for a complete health exam.

Avoid permitting your puppy to be exposed to other animals of uncertain health.  When you take your puppy to your veterinary, we recommend that you do not allow others to pet or hold your puppy.  You should also not put it down on the floor of the office Waiting Room, nor allow it in grassy areas provided directly outside for other animals.  Many animals at the typical vet's office are ill. Puppies can easily contract illnesses from areas where other sick animals have been. Think proactively...protect your puppy !
