Purchase Info - Deposits / Waiting Lists

Our puppies are normally sold prior to their birth from standing Waiting Lists. Therefore, for those who wish to place a deposit, we maintain very active Waiting Lists. There are ten separate lists; i.e., five colors ... red, black, cream, cinnamon & blue  and two sexes ... male & female.  A minimal $100 non-refundable deposit per puppy will guarantee and hold a puppy of your choice. The $100 deposit is deducted from the total amount due on your puppy. Personal checks, money orders, or bank cashier’s checks are acceptable for deposits. Checks or money orders should be made payable to D&M Farm Kennel and mailed to 617 W. Dayton-Yellow Springs Rd., Fairborn, OH 45324. Please include a note specifying your personal desires concerning color and/or sex of your puppy. If you might accept more than one preference, then please prioritize your desires accordingly. If you have no preference(s), then please state so. Also, include your name, address, contact phone numbers, and email address.

We also accept PayPal on the Internet.  However, please keep in mind that they will charge you a small service fee of $3.20 per $100.  If you decide to use this method of payment, please use  our email address of “dnmfarm@aol.com” as the account to send the money to. If you choose to use PayPal, please don't forget to include all of your personal information as stated above. Upon receipt of your deposit, you will be sent an invoice for your records.

The priority of the Waiting Lists is strictly determined by the date your deposit is received and your stated preference(s) for color and/or sex. No one is ever forced to take a puppy that is offered. In fact, deposits may be transferred to another puppy and/or litter, in the event you might change your mind.

(Note: Every attempt is made to accurately estimate when a puppy of your preference will be available. However, Mother Nature is in control and we can only go by past litter sizes and colors in our projections. We try to be conservative in our estimates.)

Balance Due - The balance on the puppy is due at the time of pickup or a minimum of 10 days prior to shipping. If you are picking your puppy up in person ...  cash, money order or a bank cashier's check is acceptable ... no personal checks please.  If we must ship your puppy to you, and you wish to pay by a personal check, then we must receive your balance not less than 10 days prior to shipment.  If we received your payment less than 10 days prior to shipment, then your payment must be in the form of either a cashier's check, money order or PayPal,  and you must absorb the service charge incurred. If the balance is not received prior to the scheduled date of shipping, shipping will be delayed and rescheduled until the balance is received. Notwithstanding special circumstances beyond the control of the buyer, a boarding fee will be charged at the rate of $15.00 per day from the original mutually agreed scheduled date of shipment.

We also accept payments prior to pickup/shipping.  Some of our customers have found it easier to make payments between the time they placed their deposit and the pickup/shipment of their puppy. We accept payments as a convenience to you.
