We can't begin to tell you how terrific Minka is and how happy we are to have her. We were a little apprehensive replacing our previous chow so quickly -- especially as we all thought she was the best dog we would ever have. But, I must say, Miss Minka is amazing and none of us are feeling like she is "less" than Daisy was, in any way. She's actually responding to training and commands much faster than Daisy did and she has a desire to please us that we didn't see from Daisy until she was much older! What a terrific pup! What a terrific breed! AND mostly, what terrific breeders you are! You clearly know what you're doing and the results show in the extraordinary puppies! We're so lucky to have found you!

Dear Darrell and Maleah,
My family and I experienced a great loss last July when our chow,
Cody, passed away at the age of 17. After experiencing the joy Cody brought
into our lives, we decided we needed another dog to join our family to fill
this void. We looked into many breeds of dogs and still kept returning to
wanting another chow. We could not locate a breeder in our immediate area
and we were a little hesitant to purchase a pet from so far away. After hours of research and looking into many breeders, we found your web site and
the wonderful testimonials from your clients. With a lot of encouragement
from our youngest daughter, we were on our way to getting our chow chow
puppy, Chopper. We kept a calendar in the kitchen marking off the days
until we would pick up our puppy at the airport. You took care of every
detail, and when this much anticipated day arrived everything went as
planned. Chopper has joined us and our two daughters, fitting in very well
with our two cats and our Pomeranian.
Chopper has a wonderful, playful personality, and likes everyone he meets. I can see so many traits in him that we had in our other chow. His name comes from my husband wanting to build a motorcycle chopper this winter, but he decided we needed another chow first, so the name Chopper just fit. We will keep in touch and send you updated pictures of Chopper. Thank you D & M Farms for our wonder puppy.

I just wanted to say thank you for running such a well cared for
kennel and providing me such a wonderful puppy. Sophie is an absolute joy.
She's brought so much life and love into our house and her antics make me
smile every day. Just this morning she was spinning in circles chasing her
tail. I looked a long time for a chow chow breeder when I lost my other chow
and honestly didn't think I'd find what I was looking for. Finding a good
tempered mom & dad was so important to me. I was so ecstatic when you
invited me to visit the kennel and meet all of your dogs. And after

I was sure a puppy from your kennel was the right choice. All of your dogs
are exceptional and well mannered. I'd be proud to have a pup from any of
them, but can't say enough about how wonderful my Sophie is. She was so easy
to potty train, she's very smart and learns quickly, and she looks more like
her beautiful mom, Onyx, every day. She bonded with me instantly when I
picked her up and it's just gotten stronger every day she's been home. I
look forward to many more years with her and we'll keep in touch throughout!
We start Puppy pre-school classes in 2 weeks. I can't wait to show off how
smart my little beauty is. I bet she'll be near the top of her class by
graduation!

Good Monday to the folks at the Chow Kennel,
Just had to let you know that Macee has been such a wonderful addition to our household. She is so playful, easy to train and has such a friendly and warm personality. We have been taking her on walks over to a near by golf course on these nice winter days in Ky. She has been “sitting up” for some time now and we are so sad to leave her back on these work days. We will try to get a photo off to you soon. Thanks for providing these wonderful Chows for family enjoyment.

Kai loves her new home in the country. She bonded with us and her new friend, “Okie”, immediately. Kai and Okie love to sit on the back porch and watch the deer and
the turkey. She is fascinated with all the
animals here although she is not sure what to think of our six cats. It
was important for us to bring home a friendly healthy puppy. Most
importantly we wanted a puppy with a good temperament. When we saw your
spacious and clean kennel and how friendly and beautiful your dogs

Maleah,Rocky suddenly showed his true rascal colors when we got home. He's more than just a part of the family anymore! We can't thank you enough for giving us this gift of family! We love our little girl, Sadie! She is the happiest, sweetest dog. She has a wonderful personality. She is a little shy with strangers, but as soon as she warms up to someone new, she covers them in kisses! She is great with our five children, and is especially bonded to our five year old daughter with cerebral palsy. She will lay down next to Chrissy and always goes to Chrissy to check and see if she is okay. It is very heartwarming to see.

"My little Darling" keeps me busy. Darling is not enough to say what I
think about her. She is a special little doll to me. She is doing so
good. Already attached to her Mommy. I tell you she stops every head
that sees her, they just have to pet and love on her. She is just so
friendly to everyone and every dog that she sees. I love her to pieces.
All I can say is she is not a dog...she is my baby. Such a sweet
attitude, loving, likes to cuddle and love. Likes to be around anyone
